Where is The Train of Thought Taking You?

Where is The Train of Thought Taking You?

A short contemplation for Self Empowerment by Mila Lansdowne

The train of thought can take you to misery or to happiness. Learn how to take charge of it.

Once you start to focus on a topic or subject more of it is come into your mind and if you are speaking with a partner in a conversation it will happen even faster because the same process goes on in the mind of the other people who you are discussing the subject with.

This can be very powerful in a mastermind group and solution focused workshops.

You need to set the direction on what you want, the end result, destination, because what ever you focus on the whole energy of your mind will flow to and the creativity in your mind will deliver you more and more information. The momentum will speed up, the information-flow will be enlarged and then new ideas start to come in. First the known ideas are coming in basically from your memory and your awareness and then new ideas come in and you are moving to a new understanding and solutions start to show up.

You can use this train of thought phenomenon for your benefit as a powerful tool to crank-up your inspiration.

So start to be aware where your train of thought is going.

When somebody is bringing to you a topic that you don't want to be part of your experience, get out of it. Change the direction, talk of the solution, and focus on where you want to be because you are tuning your self in that very moment to that specific topic that will grow and speed up in your life experience and attract more of it.

So what ever the environment is bringing to you make sure that you hold that topic in the direction of a solution, in the direction of what you want to see.

Make sure your train of thought is headed to a nice place where you love to be an you will be inspired with new ideas when you stay on that.

You will improve your day moment by moment and realize how powerful you are.

Enjoy!

What Have a Boat Builder and Dream Builder in common?

I'm coming to you with an insight that could help you to
move forward to more satisfaction in your life.
I'm teaching self-empowerment and self-realization and what
I like to share with you is something I read in Thomas Troward’s book “the
Edinburgh lectures”.
He is saying “the law of floatation was not discovered by
contemplating the sinking of things but by contemplating the floating of
things.
I love to convey this thought to you as it applied to your
dream and more fulfillment in life.
The take-away here is the realization that we are too often hanging
with our thoughts and with our mind on the problem instead on the solution.
As long we are focused on what we don't have or what is
upsetting us we cannot discover the solution in your mind.
I would like to inspire you to start to observe and check
with yourself where you are hanging with your thoughts or even better than that;
I’d love to inspire you to create an empowering statement, saying e.g. “I'm
focused on what I want which is …[fill in the blanks for whatever it is you
want to experience]” and start to introduce this outcome-focused thought to
your mind.
We only can think one thought at a time and when you think
of positive thoughts then you avoid the trap of going with your mind into the
negative. That is the key to creative thinking and life-improvement.
Train yourself in focus on what you want and solutions start
to flow into your mind.
The book I referred to is “The Edinburgh and Dore Lectures
on Mental Science” by Thomas Troward

Invitation to join the 21+9-Day Mirror Work Challenge with Mila Lansdowne

21+9-Day Mirror Work Challenge
Today I’m coming to you with a special type of support that
was inspired by a gift I received, which is Louise Hay’s book “Mirror Work”.
This is a perfect fit to my guidance for you.
I'm teaching that building your dream requires to think
differently and the mirror work is a proven method that many people used before
to change their beliefs and now I like to introduce you to it as well.  Actually not only to introduce you, because
you may be aware of the method; I am now challenging you to “doing” the mirror
work. I offer you a FREE daily guidance and accountability platform by knowing
that the stickiness is the hardest and at the same time the key-part of moving
toward your dreams.
Many of achievers suggest this to be the easies and most
powerful way to replace limiting beliefs with new ones. Napoleon Hill,
Carnegie, Bob Proctor, Claude Bristol and for sure Louise Hay suggest this
method in their teachings.
Let’s give it a try,
Take the challenge and sign up for free to walk the path and
challenge yourself.
Find out if you can hang on to a simple task for 21 days. I
am also adding more support for you with additional 9 days and Q&A call.
